About the Job
J&L Auto Body is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized part-time Customer Service Representative to help keep our customers informed during the vehicle repair process.

This role is primarily focused on customer communication. You will call customers with repair updates, answer phones, greet walk-in customers, send updates, and help make sure customers feel informed and taken care of.

This is not a sales job. This is a people-focused role.

When someone’s vehicle is being repaired after an accident, they may be stressed, frustrated, or unsure what happens next. Your job is to help make the process feel calm, organized, professional, and human.

Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday
  • 10:00 AM–2:00 PM

Responsibilities include:
  • Calling customers with repair status updates.
  • Answering incoming phone calls.
  • Greeting and assisting customers.
  • Sending emails or updates as needed.
  • Keeping communication clear and organized.
  • Helping customers feel informed throughout the repair process.
  • Supporting the front office with daily communication tasks.

Automotive or collision repair experience is not required. We can teach the industry side. We care far more about communication, attitude, dependability, and customer service.
