Central Park Garage is looking for an upbeat, reliable, customer-focused person to run the front of our shop.
This is a customer-facing role. You are the first voice customers hear, the first face they see, and a key part of making sure every customer feels welcomed, informed, and taken care of.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Help customers through drop-off and pickup
- Keep communication clear between customers and the service team
- Organize customer information, emails, messages, and daily workflow
- Follow up with customers when needed
- Keep the front office and waiting area clean, stocked, and welcoming
- Support the Service Manager so nothing falls through the cracks

Customer service experience is important. Experience in hospitality, retail, restaurants, medical/dental reception, salons, spas, hotels, or front desk roles can all be a great fit.
Automotive experience is helpful, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting at $900 per week
- Bonus opportunity based on sales and gross profit margin
