WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Welcome and assist customers throughout the repair process.
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate communication.
  • Help keep workflow organized and moving efficiently.
  • Communicate through phone, text, email, and software systems.
  • Support the team so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Help create a clean, professional, positive environment.
  • Make customers feel comfortable, informed, and confident.
