What This Role Is
You run the front of the shop.
You are the first impression, the last impression, and everything in between. You keep the operation organized, the communication clear, and the customer experience smooth from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and guide them through the process
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and follow up
- Keep communication clear, professional, and on time
- Manage customer information, emails, and daily workflow
- Support the team so nothing falls through the cracks
- Ensure every customer leaves confident and taken care of

- No automotive experience required. We will teach you that.
