First Automotive is looking for an automotive leader who gets excited about building a great team, earning customer loyalty, and growing a successful shop.
You’ll take the lead on the entire operation—people, customers, workflow, vendors, and business performance. You’ll have direct access to ownership, room to put your experience into action, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on an established Liverpool business.
We’re looking for someone who brings energy to the shop, communicates clearly, makes sound decisions, and follows through. Someone who can coach an employee, earn a customer’s confidence, solve a workflow problem, and keep the team moving toward a shared goal.

- Bring ideas, solve problems, and turn opportunities into measurable results.
Bring the experience to back it up
You should have automotive management experience, a practical understanding of shop operations and financial performance, and examples of how your leadership made a business or team better. Confidence with shop management software and digital inspections matters, along with a willingness to learn and improve.
