J&L Auto Body is hiring an Entry-Level Recon Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position where you’ll learn the auto body trade from experienced professionals while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop.
No prior experience in auto body repair is required. If you’re motivated, dependable, and willing to learn, we’ll teach you the skills needed to build a long-term career in the industry.

What You'll Learn & Do:
As a Recon Technician, you’ll help prepare vehicles for repair and refinishing while learning the fundamentals of the auto body industry.
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and preparing vehicles for repairs
- Sanding and prepping panels for paint
- Light buffing and touch-up work
- Assisting body and paint technicians
- Keeping the shop organized and operating efficiently
- Helping move vehicles and maintain the facility
You’ll gain real hands-on experience and develop valuable skills that can lead to high-paying careers in the collision repair industry.
